Delivery & Returns

Baby Desirables will dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2pm (Mon - Fri) any placed after 2pm and or on a weekend or bank holiday will be sent the next working day.

We offer the following delivery options:

Our gift wrap service is also available to all customers free of charge, this will see your gift sent direct to it's recipient nestled in baby blue or pink tissue paper within a beautiful ivory gift box adorned with a baby blue or pink ribbon. Normal delivery charges apply on top of the gift wrap option.

Time scales / delays

Baby Desirables will make every effort to ensure these delivery time scales are met, however they are not guaranteed and on occassions parcels may be delayed. 

If a parcel is for some reason lost in transit we will resend the item once the carrier has confirmed the item as lost.  We will require notification from the customer as soon as possible if you think an item may be lost.

Returns

If you find any of your items damaged, faulty or missing on arrival you should report this to Baby Desirables within 7 days of receiving your goods so that we can take the appropriate action as quickly as possible.

Here at Baby Desirables we take great care to ensure all products sent from us are of high standard and are as detailed and shown on the website.  We do however understand that buying on-line is never quite the same as seeing and feeling a product, so can appreciate that some products may not be as you imagined.  With his is mind we offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy, as long as the item is returned to Baby Desirables in its original condition and packaging.  Once recieved we will then refund the cost of the item, unfortunately return postage can not be refunded.  Please fill out the returns form included in your order and send back with said item.  Alternatively email returns@babydesirables.com.
